Conversions
	Hatch components can be installed on your horn. Lacquer is stripped.The bell is replaced with a Sandner # 84 one piece yellow brass bell, my H308 leadpipe and first branch. Braces are checked for tension and moved to attain better resonance and response. Tubes and joints are also checked for stress and gaps in the connections.Horn is thoroughly cleaned and reassembled. Cut bell conversions
	Bell is unsoldered and removed and a ring set of your choice is installed. Bell is remounted and braces are resoldered and moved if necessary to remove stress.Horn is chemically cleaned and reassembled. Price $450.00 non lacquer $550.00 lacquer

Valve rebuilding

Horn is disassembled and old plating if in place is removed. Rotors are cleaned and copper plated , hand lapped and fit to the casings. Copper plating is repeated if valves are very loose. Rotors are then nickel plated, hand lapped and fit to the horn. Bearings are refit to remove and end play or side play. Horn is chemically cleaned and reassembled. Springs are replaced, new neoprene is fitted and the valves are aligned. Price $650.00 Other repairs are also available, please call or email for additional services
